Biography Bob McLeod

Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, I have had an exciting career as an artist for Marvel and DC Comics. My work includes pencilling several issues of Star Wars, Spider-Man, and Superman, as well as inking The Incredible Hulk, Wonder Woman, and Batman, among others. In 1982, I co-created The New Mutants for Marvel Comics, and in 2006, I wrote and illustrated my first children’s book, SuperHero ABC, which was published by HarperCollins and received rave reviews. Currently, I also teach part-time at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Lancaster, PA.
