Biography Christiane Engel
With over 50 children’s books under my belt, I have also had the pleasure of creating art for magazines, advertising, book covers, and kids’ products. My unique process involves a combination of digital and traditional media, such as acrylic paint, which I bring together on my computer. I am particularly drawn to projects that promote inclusivity, mindfulness, and environmental consciousness. My goal is for my illustrations to exude playfulness and a free-spirited energy, in hopes that kids of all ages will find joy in them.
