About Marília Garcia

Marília Garcia, nascida no Rio de Janeiro em 1979, é uma escritora e tradutora brasileira. Ela se formou em letras na Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e sua dissertação de mestrado abordou o livro Galáxias, de Haroldo de Campos. Além de tradutora, Marília também faz parte do conselho da revista de poesia Inimigo Rumor, da editora 7Letras. Seu primeiro livro, Encontro às cegas, foi lançado em 2001 pela editora Moby Dick. Em 2007, Marília lançou 20 poemas para o seu walkman, uma coedição entre Cosac Naify e 7Letras, que integra a coleção Ás de Colete e foi indicado ao Prêmio Portugal Telecom de 2008.
