Biography Michelle Knudsen

I am a New York Times best-selling author with over 50 books for young readers of all ages. My works include the award-winning picture book Library Lion, selected by Time magazine as one of the 100 Best Children’s Books of All Time, as well as the acclaimed Marilyn’s Monster and novels such as The Dragon of Trelian and Evil Librarian. I am also working on new projects, including a picture book with Kevin Hawkes and a middle grade fantasy novel. In addition to writing, I also work as a freelance editor, private writing coach, and teach in Lesley University’s MFA program for writing for young people.
