Biography Mirko Bonné

Mirko Bonné, born on June 9, 1965 in Tegernsee, Upper Bavaria, moved to Hamburg in 1975, where he has been living ever since. He attended Hansa-Gymnasium in Hamburg-Bergedorf and graduated from Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium in Geesthacht in 1986. After completing his civil service at a cancer ward, he worked as a book trade assistant, elderly care assistant, and taxi driver. He then spent almost twenty years as a part-time editorial employee with a poetical secret mission at a Yellow-Press and TV magazine conglomerate. Since the early 1990s, Mirko Bonné has been working as an author and translator.
