Biography Pat Brisson

For the past two decades, I have been dedicated to writing picture books and easy-to-read chapter books. Now, I am thrilled to announce the upcoming release of my first young adult novel, The Best and Hardest Thing, in May 2010. My background includes experience as an elementary school teacher, school librarian, and reference librarian in a public library. Currently, I am fully committed to writing and conducting author visits to schools. My husband and I are proud parents of four adult sons, and we reside in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. Our last name has a short “i” sound and rhymes with “listen”.
