Who is Phil Truman
Hello, I am a proud Heartland American who holds strong beliefs in God, country, and good old fashioned apple pie. With 40 years of marriage under my belt, I am committed to staying by my wife’s side as long as she and God allow it. As a father of two, grandfather of two, Protestant, and veteran, I have lived a rich and fulfilling life. Some may label me as a curmudgeon, but I prefer to identify as a conservative. In 2007, I made the decision to leave the business world and pursue a career as a full-time writer. With three published novels – RED LAND OUTLAW, LEGENDS OF TSALAGEE, and GAME, all of which have achieved #1 Best Seller status on Amazon, I am thrilled to continue my writing journey with the 4th and 5th novels currently in the works. I am also a regular contributor to the Western Fictioneers blog, where I share my passion for western literature. As a former high school teacher, I have a strong aversion to books about teenage vampires and have never, nor will I ever, read a Harry Potter book. The idea of flying, magical children simply frightens me.
In conclusion, Phil Truman’s books offer a thought-provoking exploration of the human experience, blending history, philosophy, and storytelling to deliver powerful ideological lessons. Through his vivid characters and compelling narratives, Truman challenges readers to confront complex moral and ethical dilemmas, compelling them to question their own beliefs and values. His work serves as a poignant reminder of the resilience and strength of the human spirit, while also offering a sobering reflection on the darker aspects of human nature. Overall, Truman’s books offer a compelling and engaging examination of the human condition that leaves a lasting impact on readers.
