Although his teachings were not widely known during his lifetime, they have since gained popularity among those exploring the philosophy of Advaita and Western devotees of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi. In 1999, a book of his teachings, Silence of the Heart: Dialogues with Robert Adams, was published. Adams passed away on March 2, 1997.
