Biography Rod Duncan

Rod Duncan began his career in scientific research and computing before deciding to pursue writing. His debut novel, Backlash, was a finalist for the John Creasey Memorial Award (now the CWA Debut Dagger), and after four successful crime novels, he made the switch to fantasy. The Bullet Catcher’s Daughter, his first fantasy novel, was nominated for the prestigious Philip K. Dick Award. Currently, Rod is focused on writing a series of alternate history books titled ‘The Map of Unknown Things’. In addition to his writing, Rod also works as a screenwriter and has even made an appearance in the feature film Zombie Undead.
