About Sarah Ladipo Manyika

Sarah Ladipo Manyika has led a diverse and accomplished life, having been raised in Nigeria and lived in Kenya, France, and England. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, and has taught literature at San Francisco State University. Currently, she sits on the boards of Hedgebrook and the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco and is a Patron of the Etisalat Prize for Literature. Additionally, she is the host of OZY’s video series “Write.” Her second novel
