About Jane Chapman

Award-winning illustrator Jane Chapman graduated from university with a First Class Honors degree in illustration. She has been published under both her own name and the pseudonym Jack Tickle, with over 75 titles available in more than 20 countries. Chapman’s most well-known work is in Karma Wilson’s ‘Bear’ books, which have received numerous awards, including the Oppenheim Platinum Book Award for ‘Bear Snores On’. Her favorite subject to paint is snow. Chapman is married to fellow children’s author and illustrator Tim Warnes, and they reside in the South West of England with their two sons.
